Abu Dhabi has THE most stunning boutique mall, Galleria Mall, on Al Maryah Island. Its the island next to Al Reem Island. And the mall is located in Sowwah Square, of Al Maryah Island. In the same complex is Cleveland Hospital and Rosewood Hotel.
The mall itself is a boutique mall. So expect rows and rows of designer stores and restaurants. From Dior and Cartier to Miu Miu and Moschino. It basically has it all. Restaurants include Carluccios and Bentley Bistro, and also Sushi Art and Godiva Chocolate. There is also an amazing arabic restaurant, serving shisha outside. With views of Abu Dhabi across the sea and the sea itself ;)
Its easy to get around with elevators and escalators everywhere, and lots of comfortable cushion chairs scattered around, so if you ever feel tired, you can have a little rest, and continue shopping :)
Its a beautiful mall, its got it all, and it has gorgeous promenade too.
At the moment, till Jan 5th 2015, there is a festive market out on the promenade, with cute gifts, like baby clothes, and jewelry and other handmade items. There is also a christmas tree, if you are looking for that kind of holiday season theme.
